THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." EDICCIO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, EDICCIO, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL) ARISING FROM YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Notwithstanding, nothing in these Terms shall limit any statutory rights of consumers in their home jurisdictions.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC). The arbitration shall be conducted in Madrid, Spain—or via virtual proceedings if mutually agreed. 13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be modified to reflect the parties’ intent, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
